Quiet Time of Year ...

The United States celebrates many national holidays; however, only one is dedicated to the blessings of being an American. Our democracy is still a work in progress and it's easy to forget ours is a very young country. Many of us relate to European countries because of our hobby but even a cursory look at their governments shows many of them have roots that go back thousands of years. The wonders of America are evident every day and among our greatest experiences is the privilege of offering music to the public. This is especially true for those of us who never achieved the gift of playing an instrument; and so can now fulfill that wonderful experience through the craftsmanship of mechanical musical instruments.
COAA now enters the quietest time of the year; especially because the next scheduled meeting won't be until the weekend of March 17 when we gather in Sarasota and Tampa, FL.
